I. Services for Legal Entities including Government Agencies, Public Institutions, Enterprises and Social Organizations
i. Pension management consulting and assistant management services. When another institution serves as the annuity fund manager of an enterprise, ICBC provides consulting or assistant management services for the enterprise, including but not limited to designing enterprise annuity plans, assisting in selecting management institutions, designing operation procedures, formulating investment strategies, selecting investment products, screening credit risks, assessing investment performance, organizing individual account data for account establishment and operation, customizing individual account statements, interpreting policies and regulations, and conducting professional training. Besides, ICBC also provides consulting and assistant management services for other pension funds.
ii. Management consulting services for compensation & benefits funds. They include but are not limited to providing planning suggestions, scheme design, data calculation, design of operation procedures, formulation of investment strategies, investment product recommendation, and rights & interests information management for funds or plans related to compensation & benefits, medical care, health, and housing.
iii. Investment and financing consulting services. ICBC mainly provides consulting services for the investment and financing of pension funds and the elderly care industry.
II. Services for Peers
i. Professional consulting services. ICBC mainly provides pension product consulting services, including but not limited to market analysis, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and product design of pension products.
ii. Recommendation of pension-investable projects (assets) or business matchmaking. ICBC mainly connects pension funds with high-quality investment and financing projects, and recommends pension fund-investable projects (assets) to investment management institutions.
III. Services for Individual Customers
i. ICBC provides individual pension investment consulting services, including interpretation of policies and regulations, and recommendation of investment products, etc.
ii. ICBC provides elderly care planning, calculation of elderly care benefits or gaps, asset allocation suggestions, investment and financing suggestions, etc. from a full-lifecycle perspective.
iii. ICBC provides recommendations for preferred elderly care service institutions and products, including elderly care communities, elderly care apartments, community home-based elderly care service operators, and medical care rehabilitation institutions, etc.
